AI-Native Foundations

AI is changing how organizations work, make decisions, and deliver value. AI-Native Foundations gives participants the practical knowledge and confidence to begin working effectively in an AI-enabled environment.

This interactive, in-person course goes beyond AI awareness. Participants will explore how to use AI in their everyday work, identify high-value opportunities, understand key risks and responsible-use considerations, and develop the mindset and skills needed to work effectively with AI.

Participants will learn how to:

• Understand the shift from traditional ways of working to AI-native ways of working
• Identify where AI can create meaningful value in their role and organization
• Use practical AI techniques to improve productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Recognize risks, limitations, and responsible AI considerations
• Apply AI-native thinking to real-world scenarios and opportunities
• Build a foundation for continued AI adoption and transformation

No advanced technical or AI experience is required. The course is designed for leaders, managers, practitioners, and team members who want to understand how AI is changing work and how to begin applying it effectively.

Certification: Participants who successfully complete the course will earn the AI-Native Foundations certification from Scaled.
