Baier Was Honored in This Year’s Luminary Award Category
Snowbird Agility’s Katie Baier, Director of Growth and Strategy, was among several honorees at this year’s Association For Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) Leadership Awards. The AFFIRM Leadership Awards recognize accomplishments by individuals and teams who demonstrate exceptional leadership and make compelling contributions to government and mission-driven organizations. According to AFFIRM, “the honorees’ high impact achievements help the government deliver its mission more effectively and efficiently.”
Held on June 11 at STATION DC, the event’s theme was “Lead in the Breakthrough Era: From Uncertainty to Execution.” Awardees were honored in various categories, including Titan Award, Emerging Visionary, HealthTech Trendsetter, Cyber Innovator, Disruption Engine, Fresh Force, MetaTech, Apex Award, Procurement Pioneer, Civic Visionary, Crisis Navigator, Legacy Leader and the President’s Award. Baier received the evening’s Luminary Award, for leading the way in innovation and transformative technology for government solutions. All honorees were recognized for “moving confidently from ideas to action, turning challenges into progress and vision into results.”
Baier is a nationally-recognized federal growth executive with more than 15 years of experience driving contract wins, shaping BD infrastructure, and delivering measurable revenue growth across the government contracting ecosystem. “I am honored to be recognized among so many dedicated leaders who are advancing important initiatives in the public sector,” Baier said. “I am proud to continuing advancing our shared mission of moving government forward.”
