  3. Snowbird on Tribility Team Awarded $5.9M VA IHT-2 TOPR 21: OCI ORIS Support Contract

Snowbird Agility is pleased to announce the firm is part of the team led by Tribility that was awarded a $5.9M VA IHT-2 TOPR 21: OCI Rapid Informatics Surge (ORIS) Support contract.

The contract award enables the team to provide defined healthcare informatics surge support to VA’s Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) to scale the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) across the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) enterprise. The support will address critical operational challenges arising during FEHR go-live stabilization, post go-live (PGL) performance recovery, and PGL clinical operations support, enabling OCI to reduce FEHR-related disruptions, stabilize operations, improve data accuracy, enhance end-user readiness, and maintain safe, reliable, clinical workflows across live sites.

The win was a collaborative effort, including the following firms on the Tribility-led team: Guidehouse, General Dynamics Information Technology, ReMedi Health Solutions, Medix, METCOR/LSI and Snowbird Agility.

“The teams became more productive, the work became more predictable, and the age old arguments about goals, resource allocations, and ownership took a back seat – replaced by camaraderie and a good natured competitive spirit.”

“This was a massive project, a vital role and a huge challenge: large engineering team, broad and complex product suite with multinational development operations. Sharon brought order to chaos and a ton of positive energy, charisma and team leadership. She is a rare talent, a player that I strongly recommend.”
