Timothy Clark Joins Snowbird Agility as Vice President, Business Development

Snowbird Agility is pleased to announce Timothy (Tim) Clark has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development.

Tim is a growth executive, entrepreneur, and two-time founder with more than 25 years of experience building businesses, developing markets, and leading organizations through growth and transformation. His background spans federal technology and healthcare, financial services, transportation, and energy, with leadership experience across business development, operations, P&L management, M&A, and strategic growth.

Tim has spent the past decade helping technology companies grow across the federal health market, with a particular focus on CMS, VA, and HHS. He has held senior growth and business development roles with LMI, Leidos, Signature Consulting Group, and Liberty IT Solutions, where he has built new markets, developed strategic partnerships, shaped major pursuits, and helped organizations connect emerging technology and digital modernization capabilities to complex government missions.

Earlier in his career, Tim served as Vice President of U.S. Operations for Aveda Transportation and Energy Services, where he led U.S. operations, helped execute and integrate multiple acquisitions, and worked directly with executive leadership and the Board during a period of significant growth. He previously founded and served as CEO of Madison First Financial, a national online mortgage banking company that he built and ultimately sold.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from Roger Williams University and played NCAA collegiate baseball. He remains active in youth baseball as a coach and mentor.
