Hinde-Grimm Recognized with MetaTech Award for Transformational Technology
Snowbird Agility CEO Sharon Hinde-Grimm was among several honorees at this year’s Association For Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) Leadership Awards. The AFFIRM Leadership Awards recognize outstanding accomplishments by an individual or team in providing firm direction, inspired vision and outstanding contributions within or beyond an agency or organization. According to AFFIRM, “the honorees’ high impact achievements help the government deliver its mission more effectively and efficiently.”
Held on November 6 at the Observatory at America’s Square in Washington, D.C., this year’s event theme was Embracing Change and Transformation. Awardees were honored in various categories, including Civic Visionary, Congressional Leadership, Crisis Navigator, Cyber Innovator, Healthtech Trendsetter, Legacy Leader, Procurement Pioneer, and more.
Hinde-Grimm was recognized in the MetaTech category, with the Award for Transformational Technology, honoring “a trailblazer whose leadership is reshaping the future of government and industry IT, driving transformational change.”
Hinde-Grimm founded Snowbird Technology, a digital services EDWOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a) firm in (year). Snowbird’s mission is to bring cutting-edge digital transformation practices and methodologies to the federal government. Highly collaborative, her passions are facilitating, problem-solving, and building organizational agility.
